General Laborer- Responsible for: collecting trash and waste from work site, handling power tools, lift heavy loads, working closely with specialists to build modular homes to specifications, and effectively communicating issues with supervisor and team.

Carpenter- Responsible for install and renovate structures, ranging from kitchen cabinets to building frameworks, building stairways, etc.

Security- Responsible for patrolling building and perimeter, monitor security footage, prevent theft, and report suspicious activity.

Electrician- Experienced electrician that reads blueprints and technical diagrams. Installs and maintains wiring, control, and lighting systems. Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers.

Plumber- Experienced plumber to install and repair pipes that supply water and gas to, as well as carry waste away from, modules. Install plumbing fixtures such as bathtubs, sinks, and toilets, and appliances, including dishwashers and washing machines. Also, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies.

HVAC- Installs, maintains, and repairs heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.

Inventory Specialist- Create inventory tracking process, maintain inventory, order management, and procurement.

Maintenance- Maintain grounds, building, equipment, etc.

Team Supervisor- Assist project manager by overseeing the construction activities that take place on the worksite. Involved in planning, organizing, and controlling projects. Responsible for supervising the contractors and staff while maintaining a safe work environment.

Project Manager- Oversee all aspects of the building process, working closely with engineers and architects to develop plans, establish timetables, and determine labor and material costs. Responsible for ensuring the project is completed on budget, on time, and within scope.

Architect- Functions include design, drafting, engineering, and oversee of design team.

Draftsman- Skilled professional who draws plans for buildings.

Legal Assistant- Performs administrative and routine clerical tasks. Drafts and proofread legal documents. Research regulations and laws. Collect, examine, and organize evidence and other legal documents for review.

Purchasing Agent- Evaluate suppliers by considering price, quality, availability, other criteria and negotiate contracts to obtain the best deals.
