Modern mod is a private-label Modular production facility that specializes in multifamily, multi-story, hospitality, commercial, and high end custom residentials. Our production facility is strictly used for approved builders in the architecture and engineering, and developer communities via a white label build process.

We are in the beautiful Midwest in the small town of Neosho, MO. Neosho is not just known as the “Flower Box City”, “City of Springs”, or “Space Town USA”, but for its rich history with the Military and railroad industry. Camp Crowder, formally known as Fort Crowder is located right down the road, and our current facility is where they manufactured and tested Thor, Jupiter, Atlas, and the famous Apollo rockets during the space age. Also, our proximity to Walmart headquarters and two major highways puts us in the center of the trucking industry.
